What’s in Each My Romance & Rewards Box?

 In each box, you’ll receive one or two audio stories of romance and adventure plus 2 to 3 beauty, bath, accessory or other whimsical luxury item to reward your hard work and provide some pampering. The items in each box are carefully selected so you can listen to stories of romance and adventure as you drive to work, run errands, work out, or do whatever you do. Enjoy the extra reward items that come in each box, too. You will be eager to get your next box! 

Do I have to Subscribe?

 Yes. My Romance & Rewards Box is a subscription service so you need to subscribe. Depending on your selections when you subscribe, subscriptions auto-renew and you can cancel at any time. As a subscription member, you will have your Romance & Rewards box delivered directly to you, and will also have access to our Romance Lovers Club perks! 

 If you would like to purchase a box as a gift, All of our Boxes except our Romance and Rewards Box, may be purchased as one time gifts or as recurring subscriptions. 

When will I receive My Romance & Rewards Box?

 Based on when you order. Romance & Rewards Boxes are bi-monthly boxes. If you order in between box shipments you will receive our Welcome Box as your first box. Thereafter you should expect to receive your box in the first week of the month your box is due. 

 Where do you ship? 

 We ship to anywhere in the U.S and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How Does Billing Work?

Our subscription boxes are billed on a prepaid or recurring basis, usually up to three weeks before your box ships.  Our bi-monthly boxes usually ship around the 24th. Other shop items are billed once, upon checkout. Prepaid memberships automatically, you will be notified that your renewal is due.

What if my box is damaged during shipping?

Legitimately damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us and we will assist you with getting your items replaced. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

 You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at Canceling your subscription means that you will no longer be billed, however, you will still receive any boxes that you already paid for. See our Subscription Membership Terms for more information.
